IT managers are able to view all messages sent by their company if we provide them with the respective authorization. This authorization will only be given subject to written confirmation (e-mail or notification) by the customer’s CIO.

After receipt of the confirmation an additional widget called „MY Messages – Reported By My Organization“ is displayed on the start screen enabling you to view and process all messages contained.

Furthermore you are now able carry out searches including all messages of your organization instead of your own messages only.
