You are able to save your searches by entering a search name below the search parameters on the right-hand side:

The saved searches will appear in the top right-hand corner (by clicking on „Go“ they are carried out, deleted by clicking on the garbage can and the button „Advanced“ displays the search parameters):

Your saved searches are also displayed by the (hideable) widget „My Saved Searches“ on the start screen (and can be carried out directly by clicking on them):
