7.3 Searching for messages


Using our search featuers you can search within your tickets according to status, description, period of time or other self-chosen criteria.

The search feature is situated in the top left-hand corner:

Among the search features you will find several search parameters and operators (e. g. „is“, „corresponds“, „contains“ etc.) which you can add or remove at will.

You can also adjust the layout of your search results (columns, sequence and width of columns) to fit your needs and customize those layouts by clicking on the screw-wrench symbol:

By clicking on the table symbol you can export the search result as .csv-file (provided that the corresponing settings in your browser are made).

Using the chart symbol you are able to analyse your search results e. g. concerning the relation between priority and occurrence:

Even after those changes you are still able to temporarily filter or sort the search results by clicking on the respective column header.
