After logging on the the system there is an overview of your messages on the start screen. The start sceen is divided into the categories:

IT News (including our current messages)
Favorites
My Messages – Action Required By Me
My Messages – Reported By Me
Optional: My Messages – Reported By My Organization

All categories are so-called widgets. All of them can be hidden (by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner), closed (or minimised) or rearranged (click and hold the mouse button, then shift).

By clicking on the screw-wrench in the top right-hand corner on the start screen you return to the default setting.

In the top-left hand corner the important buttons „Create“ and „Search“ for messages are situtated along with some useful web links.

By clicking on the button „Home“ you always return to this screen and at the same time the overview is refreshed (in case the status of a message changed for example).

On the start screen only open tickets are displayed. In order to review closed tickets please click on search in the top right-hand corner and alter the status to „Confirmed“.
