6.4 When will I receive notifications? An overview of e-mail communication


In the following cases you will receive an e-mail:

Status new:
Confirmation including message number

Status in process:
E-mail in case message is forwarded to SAP including SAP message number

Status customer action:
Request to answer a query
Reminder e-mail after 28 days before automatic closure of message

Status proposed solution:
Request to review proposed solution

Status confirmed:
Request/Possiblity to asses ticket resolution and give feedback to support staff

All statuses:
Notification that there is new information concerning your message if the support staff deems appropriate (without having to alter the status of the message)
