4.1 What does this status mean?


A message with the status “confirmed“ will not be processed until a specified fixed date.
Due to the fact that this status is only set after clearance with you, the optionally contractually agreed processing time is paused.
By reaching that date the message will automatically turn back into its previous status (e.g. “in process“).

If you have any queries or objections, you can reply to the message as usual.
By replying to the message the status automatically changes to “sent to support“.
