2.1 How do I answer queries on a support message?


If a member of the support staff has a query on a support message he is able to alter the status of the message to „Customer Action“. You will then be notified via eMail. We kindly ask you to answer the query so that we can continue working on your message.

You will find the message concerned on the start screen in the category „My Messages – Action Required By Me“:

By clicking on the message number the message opens and you are able to answer the query using the „Reply“ button. If you wish you can make attachments.
