With your personal SSO certificate from the SAP Service Marketplace, you don’t need username/password for logging in to our Ticketsystem.

The SSO certificate can be requested as follows:

Navigate with your Browser to the SAP Marketplace Site (Link) and logon with your Username/Password.

Afterwards click to the context menu next to your Namen and select the option „Maintain my single sign-on certificate“.

In order that the certificate can be generated, you’ll be asked to enter your Password again.

The subsequent messages from the SAP Marketplace, must be confirmed with „Yes“, this is needed for the final certificate building.

After this steps you can use the certificate for the Login to our Ticketsystem and to the SAP Marketplace Website.
